Donna M. Adams was born and raised in Edmonton, Alberta. She graduated from St. Joseph High School as a Commercial Artist. As a home Mom she taught craft courses and painted. Her training in advertising and design were used through a 26-year career in Real Estate . Here she designed business cards, ads for the paper, web pages, promotional materials, home decorating and computer graphics.

 

Donna works in all media and experiments with effects and textures on all surfaces large and small. She is influenced by nature, so color and light are very important in her work. Through this she has developed her own unique style. Continually taking workshops helps her to stay in focus.

 

She has met many great people not only in the community, but also in the art world. Their acceptance of her art work has been the inspiration behind marketing and shows. Many of her works are in private and commercial collections throughout Canada
